If you previously had an account with TCAG, you will need to request a new account and download the new sample submission form. Click "Request a UserID" to the left. Unlike previously, only one account is needed for all services (NGS Sequencing, Genetic Analysis, Microarray, and Genome Resources/Cytogenomics). When choosing your new UserID and password, you may use your previous UserID and password.
